Steps away from the Circular Quay ferry wharf, Southern Shore Seafood marries coastal heritage with contemporary Australian cuisine. Since opening in 2008, our chefs greet the sunrise at the Sydney Fish Market, hand-selecting the day’s catch from trusted local fishers and oyster farmers. The result is an ocean-to-table experience where each dish bursts with the character of New South Wales waters and the season’s bounty.
